I just saw that Alexis Cruz will again be appearing at the NJ con! Woo hoo! I'm still seriously bummed to be missing Steve Bacic but Alexis was a really nice guest. He has a lot of depth and is a *thoughtful* guy. Very interesting. I'm sorry I won't have Steve to drool over but Alexis is also very pretty. Now, if only they'd book Teryl. *sigh*

If you've got time to get to NY to have some kind of meal before the parade, we might be able to meet up. Otherwise, I think you might be right. :( I'm so sorry. I'll try to be less insanely busy the next time you come up.

I'm going to try to do this. It means I'll need to drop off my luggage earlier in the day but I don't want to miss you entirely. :| In fact, if something goes awry (and doesn't it always?), let's plan to have dinner regardless of the parade. I really want to see it, of course, and I'd like to do both but if I have time for only one activity then I'd rather have friend-time. I'm willing to forego the parade for the pleasure of a quiet, unhurried dinner. Come hell or high water, we should plan to have dinner -- and we should pick a nice place you really like since it's Samhain.
