Sure, though I fear we're going to miss each other. :( I'll be heading into Manhattan Halloween night (Wed.) for the parade and I'll be in Manhattan that Thursday to go to the Met (and maybe the Cloisters, depending on much energy I have). That's it. :(

I'll post an updated schedule tomorrow but the only change to the old one I posted a while back is that I added a Sunday trip tot he Smithsonian in D.C. before heading back into the wilds of eastern NJ so that I can visit with my high school/college/life buddy yams69, his wife, and their infant daughter. Then I'll do a drive by visit with mcroft and immlass.

If you've got time to get to NY to have some kind of meal before the parade, we might be able to meet up. Otherwise, I think you might be right. :( I'm so sorry. I'll try to be less insanely busy the next time you come up.

I'm going to try to do this. It means I'll need to drop off my luggage earlier in the day but I don't want to miss you entirely. :| In fact, if something goes awry (and doesn't it always?), let's plan to have dinner regardless of the parade. I really want to see it, of course, and I'd like to do both but if I have time for only one activity then I'd rather have friend-time. I'm willing to forego the parade for the pleasure of a quiet, unhurried dinner. Come hell or high water, we should plan to have dinner -- and we should pick a nice place you really like since it's Samhain.
