You can see it online at Abydos Gate or you can own a color plate printed in the new book, Approaching the Possible by Jo Storm. Thank you! I completely lucked into an absolute treasure trove of Amanda Tapping pictures and just had to try to make icons out of them. The camera loves her. :)

I've friended you back. I see in your profile that you're in Derbyshire, which is known to me only as the home territory for Mr. Darcy from Pride & Prejudice, one of my all time favorite novels. I hope the area is as gorgeous as the BBC portrayed it!

Thank you for the comment; I appreciate it muchly.

Hey thanks!
Derbyshire is fine really, just a load of corrupt police running round headless, with criminals being falsey accused of things.lol
So the BBC are probably 69% right..

Yeah. We have a disturbing number of people who are proven innocent by DNA after having spent years and years in prison so I'm familiar with the problem. :(

The BBC version of Pride and Prejudice made the English countryside a character almost, and soooooo made me want to visit. I mean, even more than I already wanted to because your museums have a bunch of really good stuff.

We have a lot of good historic areas in derbyshire, especially the fact our house lives on a german POW war camp, where the 1st englishman escaped. :)
There's actually a film made exactly on our area many great years ago. :D
But yeah derbyshire is an interesting area,it' about 60% countryside :)
