The previous round was the first time I participated in this comm, and it tied in very nicely with my initial getting-into-of-SG-1. :D So now I'm really looking forward to this round because I've finished the series, and I'm sure it'll be uber fun to be all "OOOH I KNOW WHERE THAT CAP'S FROM!!!!" rather than "close your eyes Sammy; you're being spoilt!" XDDDD

(And maybe this time I'll be eliminated due to elimination, as opposed to being unable to submit due to being overseas without Intermenet. XDDDDD)

I'm glad that we won't be spoiling you any longer. I'm always a little in awe of someone who enters a LIMS without having seen the entire show. It has to be hard when you haven't seen the episode that a cap comes from.

I think I had seen about half of the show when I first signed up, and for the most part, things made sense and all... I did get a tad confused every time I saw piccies of Cam or Vala--I remember seeing that Farscape piccy that was used for the "past life" challenge, and I got all *______* over it despite not knowing who the characters were. XD I also remember there were lots of crazy fire stuff going on for the hot challenge, and I was looking at Adria and thinking, "huh? Who's this chick, and why is she on fiiiiire?" And then I saw the eps and IT ALL MADE SENSE!!!!!! :DDDDDD

And mmmmmm, I think I shall play around with the early stuffies this round, because a) I kinda have a bit more-ish time (or at least I will-ish after my final exam of all final exam-ness!!!), and b) it's more fun that way, no? :D I've also never made any alts before, so maybe this time I can even play in the alts stuffies! Oooooh, the possibilities!! :D :D

(And uh, I hope I'm not giving you a headache with my wheeeeeee!-ness! I would turn off my excitement if I knew how, but I don't cause this is JUST TOO DAMN AWESOME OKAY???!!!! :DDDDD)

I gasped when they actually burned up Vala in that episode. I thought it was some of the best acting Michael Shanks turned in for the final two seasons. It was rare for SG-1 to bring tears to my eyes post Season 5 but that moment is one of the handful that to this day puts my heart in my throat. It's a very difficult scene to icon but it's so very powerful.

I'm an Old School fan so I tend to prefer iconning the early seasons but for entries, I tend towards the later ones because post-4, the cap quality gets so much better. It makes it easier to create crisp, clear icons.

No headache. Worry not. I'm ecstatic that starting a new round provokes such intense, happy reactions in our participants. Makes me a very happy fangirl.
