psychofilly. If you like it, I urge you to look through her work, which is stunning and funny and I don't get why I don't see it everywhere. :)

I've wanted to play with it forever but did not because it was identifiably "hers" and she's so much better at it than I. I recently found out she has retired from fanart in favor of original works of art so now I'm indulging my love of circles since she isn't around to indulge me.

*grins* Thank you! It has been a while since I made #1 so I'll have to pull out the *.psd file to tell you. I recall using a couple of textures (obvious, I suppose). If you're interested, I'll write up one of those "not really a tutorial" tutorials that list the steps I took to make the icon.

I have found fandom on LJ to be a generally wonderful and happy place. :)
