*sniffle* I was just trying to lure out the gift giver but I've gotten so much extra in return. This is a little corny and it's perhaps a wee bit of drama, but I feel a little like George Bailey at the end of It's a Wonderful Life.

Yay! Party! Joe checked his calendar an this was what he said:
- July 21 is currently clear on his schedule
- Earlier today he heard rumors of a July event (post July 4) but he didn't note down the date so he isn't 100% certain he's free.

So...I'll be there and Joe might or might not be. :) But however many of us there are, we'll come with the proverbial rings on fingers and bells on toes!

OMG! That's right! Y'all are off to the Bahamas -- and then Pennsylvania, yes? I know you've been planning this since forever and I hope it all goes off better than you could have ever hoped. Have a faboo time. God knows you and Greg have earned it. :)

I did find out who gave me the balloons and I've thanked her. One little gift of balloons led to lots of very nice comments that I perhaps find to be a little bit embarrassing but I'm really touched and verklempt. I HAVE to keep this in mind for some time in the future when I want to cheer somebody up.
