Squalls. And ... uhm ... yeah. Rain-induced mass flooding.

In the spring it is quite common to have rain, sun, sleet, hail, sun, rain, sun, sleet, rain and sun all on the same day, not necessarily in that order but definitely in that frequency. ;)
