OK. So I need to see if I installed 32-bit (I think I did but it's all hazy) and play with it this way. Why in the world would they take something that works and disable it? I'm adding this to the "Do Not Want" Pile along with changing "R" from Smooth to Rotate (no new command for the Smooth/Blur Tool) and removing the Alt+# as a way to navigate Selective Color components.
