I've created the filter and added you. :) Exercise is the modern day tonic, good for heart problems, blood sugar issues, cholesterol levels, mood disorders, and so on but without side effects like liver damage, inadvertent sleeping/driving in the middle of the night, or increasing risks of breast cancer.

Now, if only I could figure out to make it something I *want* to do! ;-)
