I'm a dyed-in-the-wool slasher so I must give my obligatory nod to Jack/Daniel. They were my OTP for a long time but I've branched out in the last year so pairing matters less than it used to. I'll read almost any slash if it's well-written. Het pairings I like tend to feature Daniel (no, I'm not obsessed much) but include virtually all BUT Jack and Sam. Sadly, forcing it onscreen in awkward ways that I think undermined Sam's strength killed any love I could have had for the pairing. I loved the tension between attraction and respect for a fellow officer I saw in Solitudes and enjoyed it even as late as Into The Fire but by the time it became a knock-off of "the love that dared not speak its name," in Divide and Conquer I never wanted to see it again.
As for SGA, I admit to being far more a fan of the fic than the show. I tend to limit my involvement to reading

As for other fandoms, I'm a long time fan of Fitzwilliam Darcy/Elizabeth Bennet (shockers!) in P&P and of Brian/Justin in my newest, shiniest fandom of QaF. Those are most definitely onscreen romances, though, and there's nothing "gen" about those stories.

** I say I want gen onscreen but honesty forces me to say that I don't mind some romance onscreen if I think it adds to the character or the storyline. Thus, I did enjoy Sam/Martouf, Daniel/Sha'uri, Jack/Sarah, and Teal'c/Drey'ac.
