Yay for you! I hope you have a great time. I love NYC. The first time I went, my friend took me down to my soap opera (I was hooked briefly when I was on surgery leave) studio. Out walks Yasmine Bleeth. And there I am with no camera, no paper, no pen. Duh! Our group had split up at lunch and I had forgotten to retrieve my things from another friend. Oh well. I wonder why we never thought of hanging out backstage for autographs? hmmm, Probably because my friend wouldn't let us. We totally embarrassed her because we were such tourists. But we had great fun anyway. I think it's quite awesome to combine a con and NYC visit as well. Have a great time!
