Maybe it isn't if you aren't a big old nelly wimp. :) I made the mistake of watching the pilot episode when it was dark outside. Freaked me out but good. Maybe that's an advantage of this otherwise dumbass time change business: more time in the evening when I might be able to watch SPN through my fingers. ;-)
