I think Bab5 suffers now from its sound work; all too often it sounds like actors entering and exiting a stage set. But otherwise, it's still compelling story telling. I would urge you to give it another try because it is NOT your typical good vs. evil clash of the titans, one-ring kind of story. It's thinky and philosophical.
